Notes:

1. One registration covers: 1) access to all sessions; 2) conference materials and participation certificate (either hard copy or electronic); 3) coffee break, lunch buffet on the conference day; 4) other social events accordingly;

2. For oral presentation/poster presentation, please submit your abstract content at least two weeks before the conference date;

3. A valid student ID (original or photocopy) is required for the discount price;

4. If cancellation of your registration becomes necessary, requests must be made formally via email before December 31, 2025;
